Back to School Physicals $20

School physicals are a common requirement for kids heading into school for the first time or when reaching varying grade levels. School districts require documentation of the student's overall health. This is especially important for those children enrolling in fall sports or extracurricular activities to make sure they can safely play.

At South City Chiropractic, Dr. Gaddie can perform the necessary school physical examination your child needs .Routine checks of heart, lungs, eyes, ears, throat, and vitals.  Remember to bring the form your school supplied to you. If your child wears glasses, please be sure to have those on hand as well.

Only $20 flat rate and exams typically take less than 30 minutes. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are appreciated.
